Fried Pickle Recipe: Gluten Free

Hey everyone! I know that recipes are few and far between on my page but sometimes I really like to share the things that I am cooking because I know that it may help somebody find inspiration especially if that inspiration is to cook!

I have an amazing fried pickle recipe that is also gluten-free that I had made with some friends. This is a snack that all can enjoy! Whether you bring this to the next barbecue or use it as a snack dish at your next game night it will be a smash hit!

Ingredients:

– 1 jar of dill sandwich cut pickles

– 1 bag of Cool Ranch Doritos

– Maple syrup

– Dijon mustard

– Ranch dressing

– Sriracha original sauce

How to make it:

– Dry all pickle slices

– Mix equal parts Dijon mustard and maple syrup

– Crush Cool Ranch Doritos in sandwich bag

– Dip dry pickles into mustard and syrup mix

– Coat pickles in Doritos

– Lay flat on cookie sheet

– Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes (flip halfway through)

– Broil for 2-3 minutes

– Mix the dipping sauce for the pickles: ranch dressing and sriracha to your liking in separate bowl (I do almost equal parts but more ranch than sriracha)

– Enjoy!
