Hey y’all! One of my sorority sisters had just recently introduced me to singing bowl meditation. We go to this meditation place that is right near where we both live. I feel like meditation is the unsung hero. This is mostly because you don’t realize how much you truly need meditation until you’ve tried it and feel it’s effects.
I have gone a few times now and meditation truly helps me with clearing my mind as well as helping me with emotions that I’m feeling. My sorority sister brought me and when she wasn’t available to go I asked my other friends to come with. We all absolutely loved it and honestly I suggest making a girls night out of it.
These experiences have made me and my girlfriends closer and it’s something new to try but also something fun to do together. Plus, you might even get something out of this girls night other than fun memories. It could actually help heal your mind, body and spirit.
