Everyone should have a consistent AM/PM routine, this can really help you in getting organized, achieve better skin and can even help you feel less stressed. If you don’t have an AM/PM routine you can use mine as inspiration!
AM
6:30AM: I wake up at this time and I start my skincare regimen. Which includes a cleansing my skin, toning my skin, applying serum and moisturizer.
7:05AM: I apply my makeup (I make sure to use a foundation with an SPF) and I get dressed with the outfit I set out last night.
11:45AM: I go to the gym with my best friend and it’s almost like a dual gym session and therapy session!
PM
1:00 PM: I usually eat lunch and then do yard work and gardening and run errands for the rest of the day
9:00 PM: I shower and sometimes take a bath after.
10:30 PM: I do my nighttime skincare routine which consists of a cleanser, occasionally an exfoliator, occasionally a face mask, a serum, and a moisturizer
11:30 PM: Bed time!
