Too Faced Life’s A Festival Palette Review

Unicorns and rainbows? I grabbed this palette just for the packaging itself! Too Faced really out-did themselves with this palette, especially with the adorable unicorn and rainbow theme. This is definitely around festival season so this will be a palette all Coachella goers will definitely want on their shelves, that is if it lives up to the hype.

First, lets talk about packaging. The packaging is super cute and I am obsessed. Even the unicarton for this product is amazing. The packaging is definitely heavy and luxurious feeling, which means it wasn’t made of super cheap products. It is clearly super cute, and I love that the front of the palette is defined and designed to look bubble-like.

The mirror on the other hand is way too small for my liking. I am someone that is always on-the-go and I sometimes need a palette with a large mirror so I can do my makeup wherever. For such a decently sized palette they should have put in a better mirror. Otherwise, I like the holographic design on the inside of the palette as well as the color selection of this palette.

I feel like the eyeshadows are nicely pigmented and bright! There are a ton of shimmer and metallic shades in this palette but that didn’t come as a big surprise to me since it is a festival themed palette. It comes with 12 eyeshadow shades and one highlighter. My favorite shades are Young & Free because it’s a really pretty bubblegum pink, Fireflies because it’s a rich yellow gold shade, and the duochrome shade Artist Pass. Each of these eyeshadows are a great texture (not chalky or dry), and they blend out really well. The only con I have is that there is some fallout, it’s nothing to be seriously concerned about but it is something I noted while using this product.

I hope you enjoyed this post and comment below your favorite shade from this super cute palette!
