As someone who is obsessed with beauty blenders, it took me a lot to move away from them and try another sponge. I’ve heard great things about Real Techniques products, especially their sponge, so I really wanted to try them out!
I got a package of two sponges at Target for about $10 but used a $3 off beauty related purchase coupon. These two sponges are a lot smaller than their normal one sponge. I really like that the Real Techniques sponges are angled.
I used the sponge and it honestly made my makeup look just as seamless as the beauty blender does. The sponge itself is a little bit more hard than the beauty blender, even when damp. I also didn’t like using the sponge damp because it was moving the product way too much. I really liked the angle of the sponge also because it’s easier to apply setting powder under my eyes.
